About nextstep North West

nextstep is a free careers advice service for adults:
- aged 20 or more
- aged 18 or 19, who have been referred to nextstep by Jobcentre Plus

We offer free face-to-face help and support on learning and work to adults who live or work in the North West. 

Whether you want to improve your career prospects, get a qualification or just make the most of your job our fully qualified Advisers are here to help.

nextstep is a national service and this is the website for the North West.  The North West covers the following areas: Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and Warrington and Greater Merseyside.
